All custom cut or fabricated products are non-returnable. Please insure accuracy when placing these types of orders.  Should the error occur on our end, we will replace the fabricated products at no expense to you after receipt of the defective parts.  Glass Distributors Inc. retains sole discretion on replacement of any and all cut or fabricated products in question.   All packaged standard stock products may be returned up to 14 days after receipt.  They must be returned in the original package with all appropriate paperwork that was received with the original shipment.  You are responsible for the freight back to our designated warehouse.  A 30% re-stocking fee will apply to all returned orders.
